Morning of the Unexpected

Ensemble SCALA will perform remarkable and exciting microtonal works from various style periods in ‘the Morning of the Unexpected’. One quick glance at the set list will reveal a world premiere from Gijsbrecht Roijé, one of the leading pioneers of Dutch microtonality. In this composition he searches for beauty in sound. Also on the program, the second performance of Peter Adriaansz' impressive Scala I.
