The secret of the meantone

Organ player Ere Lievonen unravels the secret of the 'meantone' by performing quirky old and new music. This morning concert provides an answer to the question why the meantone disappeared and how it can be applied again into the modern era. Besides a premiere works of the famous Italian Girolamo Frescobaldi and his contemporaries will be performed in meantone on the unique 31-tone organ.
